Default 02 sensors, check engine, tune,

I have a 2010 GT, just got Pypes o/r H, Predator tuner, Flowmaster American thunder-original 40's, and a steeda cold air installed.

The MAIN point of getting a tuner is to delete the 02 sensors and to put the cold air in, and get a little hp right??? Wrong, not any more. The EPA won't allow any of the companies to have a cat-delete option on them any more. + I bought the cold air/tuner combo discount from rpm outlet, and it didn't even come w/ a cold air option installed!!! So got a tuner w/ no cat delete or cold air, whats the point in that!!!

So now i'm getting all kinds of codes, mainly cat bank 1 and 2 and lean bank 1 and 2.

Solution: install the oem/oim/ plugs (what ever they're called) Wrong! Won't work on the 2010's, Option 2: add more fuel, nope, did that at all levels still coming out w/ lean codes but now have a car that's stays at 3k rpm until a complete stop.. no good. Option 3: take it to a real tuner, did that n they put the steeda cold air in my predator and said to drive it around conservatively n see if any codes pop up... (120.00 later)... They said if so, then they can hook it up to the dyno n do a more precise tune n delete the 2nd o2 sensors but not good idea to turn off the first, fine. But no guarantee that it won't trip any codes in the future... (is this a trial n error thing? cause at 300 bucks a tune, that's not cool...)

Has anyone gone through this much b.s. on their 05-09/2010? Also, how does a high flow h/x sound compared to an off road - also heard some high flow cats still trip the check engine light..)

Get an SCT tuner. My rear o2's can be disabled with it.

Contact Brenspeed or AM and order new custom tunes including one for inspection. They'll go over the details with you. BTW, the RPM outlet tune, IMO, is lame like the FRPP tune. Also, a GOOD custom tune provides more than just "a little hp".

AND WHO THE HELL IS CHARGING YOU $300 PER TUNE??????!!!!!????!!!

You're only 4 hours from Brenspeed. Drive over, have them install a blower, hang out in their luxurious accomodations and be happy!
