I have a 2005 Mustang the switch key will not come out of the ignition switch, this does not happen every time, can anyone help me or have you had this problem?

Multiple posting does nothing but **** people off and clog up the Forum.
25 minutes is not long enough to wait for a reply to your
post to warrant a duplicate post in another section of
the forum in hopes someone will see it quicker and respond
with an answer faster.
It takes days sometimes to get a valid answer to a valid question.

You say it only sticks sometimes. The key can be inserted with either side up. Does which side is up make a difference? Have you tried a different key?

spray a little bit of WD40 on your key and put it in the ignition.

Sounds like user error to me.. It's also possible if the key isn't cut perfect, it can stick and it depends on which side of the key I insert. One of my replacement keys are like that.
