rear faux cap ?

There aren't any clips that hold it on. There are holes in the back deck of the car,and the pins that stick out from the back of the emblem go into those holes so that the emblem is straight on the car. Also like marcuskeeler said, use gray 3m tape. You only need to put it in the middle for it to hold.
