12 volts is 12 volts. Just check the CCA rating against what the OM says. If it's cranking well, you should be ok but with cooler weather on the way it's better to be safe than sorry.

You are safe. It might be a good idea to replace it though if you don't know the history. Especially as winter is coming and a dead battery can sucketh big time in the snow

its only 2 years old.. or at least the previous owner said it was. If it says made for european cars, why would someone put it into an american car though
