A 1.5 hour install?! Holy crap my man thats fast. You need to be on commission doing those cam jobs for a living. You'd make a killing.

Nitto NT05R 305/45/18. I hope to get better at launching next year. So far my best 60' has only been 1.7x.

Alot of guys use a hose for the cam chain wedge like you did. I have a cam coming (comp 127300). I'm debating on renting the wedge and spring compressor or just the spring tool. Mine will require different springs so I can't get away with not using the tool.

They are a well conditioned set only used by an elite few ;-) just don't do what I somehow manged to do and some how launch the timing chain wedge into the front cover of the motor, skip a tooth on a gear, and cause a extra week of work when you pressurize the cylinder :-( Though now I am comfortable with disassembling the front cover and timing the motor.

To the Op: Get a video of it running!!!

You're so intuitive! I'll take you up on that offer. Thanks.

If you are doing springs also then i would for sure use the correct tools. Im pretty sure the hose trick wont hold up to pressurizing the cylinders .
