Mine comes off on the cloth when I use Zaino cleaner/conditioner... I haven't noticed the seats fade any though. I love my interior.

Dye on mine came off using Lexoyl cleaner, doesn't with Mequiars leather wipes. There are people who work for dealers fixing leather to where it looks like new. Might call a good dealer and ask who they use.

I have no problem with Mequiars leather wipes. Or with Turtle Wax leather wipes.
I wipe my seats about twice a month.

I love my red interior, and it gets lots of compliments.

The degree of the bleed seems to be quite varying.
As I said... mine will come off even using water.

You can't tell a whole lot that it has come off unless it is in the right lighting.
When it is the right time of day though... you sure as heck can tell.

The bottom line is that it's a shame Ford doesn't stand next
to their warranty.

My front seats are doing that too. Pretty pitiful with only 21k miles on the car now. Its not that bad but still.....Stayed garaged it's whole life so I don't get it.

Sig'd!

I don't really have anything to contribute to this thread except to say that I love red interiors and it's a shame ford messed this up. I only posted to say "Sig'd!".

I have the same problem. I took the car to have the seats shampooed and conditiontioned. they guy who did it reccomended that i never do it again. but the seats looked brand new after. Im going to just use the conditioner wipes in the mean while and shampoo the seats every other year. It still does come off with the wipes but its alot less drastic.
