Edelbrock has unveiled their new E-Force supercharger system for the 2011 Mustang at SEMA:

No horsepower ratings yet, but I'm sure we'll find out soon.

Kinda curious what they are sayin for psi. My 09 they claimed 5psi, well it is a 2k rpm and it really is 8psi at 5800.

Very interesting that is for sure. I like the low-in-the-valley design for overhead mounted runners.

My questions are as follows:
1) What is the height of the new above the stock runners?
1A)Will the stock tower brace be able to still go above it? Or do you have to delete that?
1B) Also, will it be able to fit under a stock hood?

2) The boost for this one is designed for the stock 2011 Coyote (i.e. the short block without the forged conrods and lower CR pistons.
Can this unit be set up for a more robust Coyote? I.e. a Coyote lower end that has had its pistons and conrods upgraded?

1A) Being strut brace is factory option I would say 99% chance it will
1B) 100% it will fit under stock hood
2) Yes E-Force systems can be upgraded just like Whipples etc...

I talked to Edelbrock today at SEMA and they didn't have many answers. I guess they JUST finished building the kit and didn't have time to tune it. They should have numbers and pricing relatively soon.

They haven't tested it with the stock strut tower brace, but they don't think it will fit.

It does fit underneath the stock hood.

The base kit will run approximately 5 psi
