You don't need a check to go aftermarket.. if you take it to the body shop, just talk to them and make some "arrangements".

Yeah, I'll look into that also. All depends on how much they're willing to pay. If I can manage to buy a painted bumper for far less than their check, I'm pocketing the cash. If not, I'll go through a shop.

Also, I found a pic of a roush bumper without the chin spoiler. I actually like it. I could always add the spoiler later.

The GT500 chin should fit on that Roush...
Anyone has any pix of this?

Never even thought of that Pascal!

But IMO the Roush front bumper doesn't look right without the chin. It takes away the aggressiveness of the Roush front end.

I'm thinking the GT500 chin just might fit. I'm still unsure, but its not the end of the world if it doesn't.

The CS front bumper works good as well with the Shelby chin.
No ground clearance though...

The CS bumper is the cheapest mod (best for the money with the kit) if you're tight on budget and it's a good looking one IMO.

What kit are you referring to?

It's the CS bumper with all the hardware, shield and lower grille.
Part # is: 6R3Z-6320049-AA and retails for $399.

If you buy the cover alone, it's more money ($478 last I checked) and doesn't come with anything else.
Illogical Jim, but that's how it is... LOL.
