Default Got front ended. Help me fix it.

A guy in a pickup truck with a tow hook backed into me. Bumper cover is toast. Potentially the bumper also. Their statefarm insurance will end up paying, but I don't know if I want a shop touching all the extra stuff I put on. I'd prefer to just take a check and fix it myself.

Whats the best place to get these parts? Can I buy bumpers pre-painted?

That looks ugly man. Yes you can get bumpers at Newtakeoff.com
You may have to get it painted as they don't always have every color.
Also try Latemodelrestorations.com.

Sux...

What extra stuff do you mean? The only thing I see that's damaged is a stock bumper cover.....

I mean the removal and re-installation of the chin spoiler and lower grille. I guess I could just take it off before I drop it off.

Thanks for the links. With those prices, it looks like this may be a good time to upgrade my front bumper.

Perfect time for a California Special or GT 500 front end.

it looks like it is just the cover, and not the actuall core. Take a check and UPGRADE like mad, if i got "front ended" then i would see that as a free pass to upgrade not to stick with stock haha

Thanks for the ideas.

If I can get a check, I'm definitely not going back stock.

Which bumper would look best without adding side ground effects? I think it looks odd when the front bumper is way lower than the rest of the car.

Update: I'm definitely liking the Roush bumper! Anyone have a picture of it WITHOUT the chin spoiler?
