In all actuality, those numbers are about what I'd expect with the FRPP tune. The typical '05-'09 S197 stock puts down about 265 RWHP. The FRPP tune adds roughly 15 RWHP crank (basically the Bullitt tune) which is roughly 13 RWHP. So if I had to take a stab at your RWHP based on your mods I'd have to say about 280. Since the accuracy and repeatability of the dyno has known variance, it sounds to me like you're right on for your mods.
With a good custom tune you should be able to add about 8-10 RWHP. Toss in the UDPs and add about another 5-6.

Why don't you both take it to the track. Fontana is having street legal racing Nov 20 and Dec 4. Gates open at 6 A:M, tech 6:30 and racing begins at 9:00 A:M. Regarding dyno numbers, your friend my have a factory freak. Bone stock 05-09 Mustang GT with a manual will put down 260-265 rwhp and 275-280 RWTQ.

And I'm kinda disappointed with the results...
Best run was 276 RWHP and 291 RWTQ
I have a FRPP CAI/tune and Roush extreme exhaust. I know that it is probably FRPP that is hurting me. But still, a friend who has no engine mods dynod with higher numbers, so didn't think the tune would make me LOOSE power.

300 x .85 = 255 rwhp.
You made 276 so:
276 / .85 = 325
Not bad.
