Got dynod today
And I'm kinda disappointed with the results...
Best run was 276 RWHP and 291 RWTQ
I have a FRPP CAI/tune and Roush extreme exhaust. I know that it is probably FRPP that is hurting me. But still, a friend who has no engine mods dynod with higher numbers, so didn't think the tune would make me LOOSE power.

Yeah something's not right, I'd start to look at some stock issues that might be influencing those numbers (ie. fuel system, ignition/spark plugs.. something stupid like that) I'm not sure what an FRPP tune is supposed to do, but I put 26 hp / 22lb-ft more torque than that with an email tillman tune @ 95 degrees. I have UDPs but that shouldn't make a difference (~3-5hp) - granted my numbers were higher than average, but you should see at least 10-15 hp more than that.
It would have been ideal if you dynoed your car on the same dyno before the intake and tune. Are you auto or manual and what about your friend? Manuals experience about a 10 to 15% parasitic loss and autos have about 18 to 20% loss.
Good call, shoot for an aggressive 93 octane tune, and if things still don't add up I'd begin to troubleshoot the basics (like I mentioned before, spark plugs, fuel filter/pressures, etc) even stupid stuff like the gas station you choose and how heat soaked your engine is can contribute.
gman - for the record, the transmission loss for our cars is actually documented at 16%. 10% is virtually unheard of. IRS cars will be higher still - 16 isn't that bad.

I put down 275hp and 296 ftlb torque with Flowmaster 40's as my only mod.
I do only have 3.31's and 18's while he has 3.55's and 20's though...........
