Roushcharger M90 guys please help!
But, if your engine is stock and your not upgrading the M90 pulley then the BAP is not necessary. In your case, you won't need it.
I see you have the Steeda CAI and so do I. I'm going to be running my MAF sensor at the Steeda intake port instead of the Roush intake tube. It will save me from having to reroute that harness. Of course I'm getting a custom tune so thats no problem. I was going to suggest that to you but I'm sure Roush's programming of your ECM will want to see the MAF at the Roush intake tube.
^Hey what can I say, I started this thread.
Sometimes things go smooth, sometimes they don't (that's life). At the present moment I just did NOT have the time to do this myself. The dealer gave me a great price & at the thought of having this thing looking at me until April of next year, I hit the go button & had someone else do it. At the end the dealer made mistakes, but so did Roush. So I'm not letting anyone off the hook on this. I'm working on getting some money back from the dealer.
Before I write following statement, I just wan to state this WAS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, SO NOT FLAMING, JUST FACTS. Roush was no better than the dealer.
1. I emailed-NO RESPONSE
2. Left 4 messages with a call back #.-NO RESPONSE
3. PM'ed both Jack Jr. & Bill (I think that's what the other guys name is) on this website-NO RESPONSE
(I have proof of all the above)
I did install the blower on my 90 & had minor things here & there. If I had to do it again, not sure.....I definitely execised my patience...LOL
By the way, you guys will love it (M90), big diff!

^^^ I do not believe the message system works as my calls have never been returned either. As far as getting the PCM calibrated, if Roush calibrated it it would have their sticker on it. Does your PCM have the sticker?
Yes sir. I was just blown away by there non-responsiveness by Roush (I kind of expected the run around from the dealer, but not Roush).

Man, I had one issue with my whipple kit (which turned out not to be an issue at all) and the guys at whipple actually answered the phone and helped me out. The belt they sent me with my kit didn't match the belt size listed in the instructions, but it turned out that the manufacturers of the belts measured them differently. I've had bad experiences with dealers/manufacturers as well. I called spec once to aska simple question about my clutch install and before I got the entire question out the tech was on the defensive, assuming my clutch was defective and that I was calling to complain. In reality the clutch was fine. What that told me is that their clutches must have a high failure rate and that I was one of the lucky ones. After reading all of the spec horror stories on the web, I've pretty much confirmed as much. They're are good manufacturers and bad ones. Sorry you had a bad experience with such an expensive upgrade, but all's well that ends well!
