Default CMCV issues

Hello everyone, I thought I would look for some advice here, I'm usually on the F150 forum. I have a newer body '04 5.4L 3V f150 that I put a used but rebuilt vortech centrifugal supercharger on this summer and it's been nothing but trouble. I was hoping someone here knows a little bit about Charge Motion Control Valve (CMVC) AKA intake mainfold runner controls (IMRC). I think my problem is the valves are getting closed when I get under boost. I am getting 11psi of boost but only have an 8# pulley. I cut the cats out to ensure there was no restriction. A boost leak test yielded no leaks. Another problem, I actually had my vortech rebuilt because it was weeping oil and I thought a seal was bad however it keeps weeping oil. My thoughts are the excess measured boost is back pressure from the CMVC plates and that extra pressure it's also the reason my blower is leaking/weeping oil (I've already vented my crankcase to atmosphere). If i get hard on the throttle when the engine is still cold, my PCM usually throws the monkey wrench light and my engine goes into limp mode. When my engine is warm, the truck just doesn't want to get up and move. I had it on 2 dyno's and in both cases I was at around stock horsepower.

Modifications include:intercooled V2 vortech S-trim centrifugal supecharger, 39# injectors, HT0 spark plugs, Electric fans, and SCT tuner

If anyone has any idea, or a little bit of knowledge about these CMVC's please chime in, or if you think something else is going on. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Thanks!

Get rid of them with delete plates and a new tune. That's the 1st thing I would've done with a centrifugal blower.
