There is a huge differnce between a moderately supercharged GT, with say 5lbs of boost and 380-400 rwhp, and taking a car that came with like 450 rwhp, and bumping it to 800rwhp...

Pay to play. He pushed the limits and that's what happens sometimes.

JDM has posted about a stock 4.6 3v engine blowing on the dyno at 360whp. It sucks every time it happens but there are really no guarantees when pushing things well past stock ratings.

kinda why I'm franticaly trying to figure out how to afford the rotating assembly I need before I take out the block and heads as well ;-)

That gt500 looks pretty familiar under the hood....hope it isn't who I think it is.
