Default header question

I am looking to order my headers this up comming week, and was wondering what else I would need. I am ordering the pypes longtubes & o.r x pipe combo for$679. Do I "NEED" 02 extensions? Also is there anything else I would need?

If you have an auto trans you need two extensions. I believe the kit only comes with 1. I bought the percy gaskets but you can reuse the stockers if they are in good condition.
When installing a 13mm flex head racheting wrench saves hours of frustration and busted knuckles.
Be ready for a loud *** exhaust setup.......warn your neighbors! LOL

Does Percy still package religious propaganda in their gasket boxes? Sorry, didn't mean to distract, I just remember buying header gaskets and getting little pamphlets boxed in with them.

Gaskets that it comes with are garbage. I did not to use the bolts that came with the headers either. No leaks so far. Do yourself a favor and get them coated so you dont have to pull them off like me

You will need 02 sensors if you don't want codes flipping on. It's just good to have extensions...

The extensions will allow you to relocate the fwd O2 sensors.
You will still need the rear O2 sensors turned 'off' in your tune.
May want to consider installing Prothene engine mounts as well.

With the O/R X-pipe I dont think the mufflers will make a big difference. It will still be LOUD!!
