I ordered my spoiler from CJPony on Dec. 7th. I received an email three days later about discounts they were having. I went on to their website and saw the same spoiler for 30.00 cheaper. Should I try and call to see if they will refund me 30.00 back?

 

I would call. The worst thing that can happen is they will say no. Did you really need me to tell you that?

 

If they won't give you the money back, ask if they will at least give you a $30 credit for a future purchase.

 

Just called and since my paper work has been printed and the information had been sent to 3D I can't get a refund.

 

pretty sure its law to have a 30 day price match, might be one of those urban myths

Cancel and reorder......not that I would. I have threatened that with places in the past and gotten results. Also depends if there is any restock fee/cancel fee.

 

Did you ask them if they could give you a $30 voucher or coupon instead?

 

ya see if there is a cancellation or restocking fee, if not just refuse delivery (if it isn't there yet)

 

They often have sales starting Thursday night and on through the weekends ... I only make my purchases when a sale is in effect. Live and learn.
