I have had no problems with my Pype Bombs but then again I haven't been in an accident (KNOCK ON WOOD). If it rattled with the stock mufflers, it's not the mufflers.

I second this one. Take a good look at all the heat shielding between the exhaust pipe and the body of the car. They come loose rather frequently.

So it rattled with the stock mufflers after an accident and it still rattles with the MDs on it... That means that the problem is farther up the pipe then.

A common problem is the exhaust hangers that are on the transmission crossmember. There is a TSB on it as well, but yours might have been loosened because of the crash. It's easy to fix by securing the hangers with a 3" worm-clamp. I Attached the TSB below... it might be something to check.

I performed this TSB myself and it got rid of a rattle I had been bothered by for a long time.

Good Luck.

**BTW, I run a Pypes exhaust myself and have been very happy with it.

Don't forget that any metal-to-metal contact on any part of the exhaust will be heard at the tip. Didn't you ever see the indian with his head to the train track? Oops. Forgot how young some of you guys are...

I agree with nuke, get under the car and check some things out and try and solve the problem. I just installed my borlas in about 30 mins so its not going to take long. I had a rattle when I had my roush system (muffler deletes) and it turned out to be a loose muffler hanger. Start there
