ABS and Traction quit working.
So driving home last night my ABS light, and Trac came on, and are still on this morning, of course it's Chicago and trac control makes the car driveable in the snow.
Any ideas, already checked ground 101, it was tight and fine, I do have to say I ran over something yesterday that was kicked out by another car I guess it may have broke a wire for the speed sensor but nothing came on after it happend, would it take a whole day for it to kick a code if that happened? It actually came on after a bit of harder accel, I figured it was slip but has not gone off a day later. It has be wet, icy and crapy out, so I checked the smart box and it felt dry, it just that I swear I head the door locks lock by themselves this morning too.
Oh and no codes read by the tuner, though it dosen't read ABS codes

I find it to be more of a hindrance in winter TBH. Dropping out when your trying to get started moving in sleet/ice are the only times I've ever had issues with getting stuck. Although it's bashed quite a bit, it is still a great safety feature, I do usually turn it back on once I'm on the highway and such, just in case there's a patch of something.
I can point to at least 1 instance where it has saved my **** due to a patch of ice that I didn't note last winter on a slight bend in the road when I was still accelerating above 40mph. Would likely have been a trip to the shop for the car at best, a trip to the morgue for myself at worst otherwise.
On the note of trying to fix your issue, the wiring schematics/workshop online manuals listing is about the best I can give you, ala Nuke here.
