With all the news lately about the subzero weather and snow that the
Midwest and east coast areas are experiencing, we shouldn't forget
that Southern California has its share of devastating weather also.

Attached is a photo illustrating the excessive damage caused to a home
from a west coast storm that passed through the Southern California
area last week. It really makes you cherish what you have, and reminds
us not to take life for granted. See photo attached.

Broke off some ice on the car today. Pic doesn't show it very well, but there were places on the hood alone being 2+ inches of pure ice.

I know... getting really old. I just hand-washed my car yesterday hoping the roads would be clean by Monday. Now the are saying more snow for Sunday and Monday. I was gonna change the summer-only tires to all-seasons in October...Kinda wish I went with my gut now. This car is like a sled in the white stuff.

My sentiments EXACTLY.
I'm so down-trodden I can't even find the motivation to clean it off...
I mean, I hate winter as much as the next guy. But this year felt like mother nature decided to take a shat on us.
