I saw someone that stuck one of the coyote motors in a FC RX7, that was pretty slick.

No offense, but why would you put a 5.0 in a ranger? why not just save your money and buy a better truck with a v8?

It's the same reason people supercharge GT's, why not buy a GT500 if you want a supercharged mustang?

The same could be said for my Z. Yeah, I could get a V8 powered sports car. But its not a Zcar. In my case, it's an 83 Datsun 280ZX. I am putting a SBC 383 in it. T56 trans. Fuel injection. Rumors circulate that my combo will make a tad over 500hp at the flywheel. Personally, I think that is optimistic. I'm thinking more along 425hp. But if it does, YIPPEEE!! 2800lb car+500hp= massive fun
