WOW Ford is so full of crap.
They said they were not only going to make the BOSS exclusive... but make it so you could "not just go buy the parts to make your own."

What a B.S. ploy to get people on the bandwagon to get one ASAP.
(Not saying it's not an awesome car just saying their tongues are about as reliable as a rattle snake)

The Boss head assembly looks really appealing. When they say head assembly, I assume that means heads with all the boss parts on them already (sodium filled exhaust valves, light weight intake valves, springs, followers, etc).

All that for only $1350 for each head. I wonder how much a porter would charge to have at it on those heads?

Cool...I would wait and let some tuners spend their money refining the Boss parts/tuning parts process. I'm sure within 6 months there will be an established parts/hp combo list available to us. I'm guessing it will still probably be cheaper/more reliability/hp, going with a FI, although I do like the sound and feeling a high HP NA engine gives!!

If you are referring to the Recarco seats, they popped up at 281 Motorsports earlier in the week with $1,050 price tag (each). But they have since been listed as not yet available.

For the Boss intake, will this manifold fit under a stock GT Premium cross-strut brace?
Or would I have to get an aftermarket one or get a Boss strut brace?

I asked this same question in the Boss intake thread in the 2011 S197 thread, but I just realized noone has even looked at that thread for 2 weeks.

The strut brace is different. The Boss part is the same as the V6 Pony/MCA edition brace
