Im running 8500 X50 and couple that with Escort Live! .... very nice indeed. Nothing like knowing theres a cop a couple miles up the road, coming over the hill to have him laser you in a GT500 only to see you're doing 5 under

Anyone running an Escort should get Live. It's been totally worth it.

 

Agreed on the V1, nothing better and I own the X50 for my other car. Combine the V1 with my Blinders and I'm covered

 

You can put all the cash you want into a radar/laser detector but I have found as frequent user of different makes and models, get the inexpensive one......they work about as well as the expensive ones do!!!
