How do I know if I have that option?

2007 model year and later, yes. 2006 model year and earlier, no. There should be a warning light on the instrument panel that illuminates for a few seconds when you turn the ignition on. If you don't have an Owner's Guide, you should get one, or print one from the Internet.

deflate your tire down to under 20 psi and see what happens.
