D-SPECS OR KONI

D-SPECS OR KONI
I am planning on lowering my 06 convertible Mustang GT and I have narrowed it down to these two shocks. The problem is the Koni's are on backorder (STR.T). Are they worth the wait or do I go with the Tokico? I plan on using Steeda sport springs. The other possible choice is a full Roush suspension stage 2 setup. Any input?

I have STR.T's and I am happy with them. Handling is much improved and the ride is acceptable. Not harsh at all. I'm sure D-specs could fell just as good, but...
So some searching on the forums. There are a LOT of d-spec's that have failed.
Koni's have a lifetime warranty and they stand behind their warranty - not that you'll need it.

My d-specs have been on for a year now with no issues. I must admit I bought them because Koni adjustables were not available when I modified my '08 Bullitt.
BUT....when set to soft they give a much better ride than stock and when set stiff for Autocrosses they do the job well.
