Default GT500 supercharger

Sounds like a dumb question to ask, but I am new to this...sorry

How difficult is it to put a GT500 supercharger on a GT? I have a 2010 GT and found a good deal on a 2010 GT500 supercharger take-off...just wanted to see what it would take...

doesn't work. 4.6 is not a 5.4.

It's not that is isn't possible, but it would cost more to have a lower intake fabricated, than it would cost to just buy an existing package that's already available. I did see where someone installed the GT500s eaton on a V-6. Here is a link to the thread and photo.

The guy already has a prototype, just waiting to test it out and start selling it. If you bargain shop you can put it all together for about $3500-4k.

We'll see...is a used blower, a prototype and some random (injectors, bap, ya ta da) stuff + tune worth it rather than a new whipple/vortech/roush/ for maybe $1k more?
