How in the world do you get the front tires off of an 06 GT? I've removed the lug nuts and the damn thing won't come off! (yes it's on jack stands) Help so I can paint the calipers pleeeeeeeease!

Put the lugs back on a few threads and then wack the tire with a small sledge this should break the tire/rim loose from the hub.

This, but I prefer a rubber mallet to a sledge when wacking the tire

No sledge needed. Just give it a kick on the tire with your heel.

This.

Preferrably some kind of Judo/Karate/Dwight Schrute kick.

Haha yep, just give them a kick. I have to ask, but haven't you rotated your tires at all in the near past? I'm surprised they're so stuck on there.

Also acceptable, would need to be a miniscule Norris round house. I love our mustangs, but Chuck Norris> everything.

Mine stick some too. I get mine rotated fairly regularly. All that heat and friction, and ridiculous amounts of power/aura coursing through my entire car cause the wheels to stick somtimes. So far they haven't melted.

Good point. I do not do a lot of hard braking like one would do in autocross, just some DD braking and some occasional hard braking for spirited driving.

But if you do alot of hard braking often, I definitely can see the rims beginning to bond to the rotor hub from the heat, especially the front rims since the front brake rotors bear most of the heat from any kind of stopping.
