Thanks alec, thatd be a lot easier than making a typical purchase to ford!

Your TSB you listed above does not apply to the poster of this thread.
He does not have a 5.0.
Look at his vehicle listed...2005 V6

I had problems with rpm dipping and hanging around the idle speed range. I removed the TB and gave it a good cleaning. The cleaning helped, but the problem was still there more than I thought it should be. That was last fall. This spring I again removed the TB to see if I had missed an area. It was still clean, but this time the car ran so much better. I think I had a slight vacuum leak at the TB. When I put the TB back on this time, I used a torque wrench to tighten the TB bolts. My car has never run so good....
