Go to shops that do restoration work.
They'll most likely enjoy working on Domestic stuff...

Not likely. Got mine done at Thunder Road in Round Rock.

I still have some vinyl, that'll be coming off when I replace the back bumper and rear spoiler. May get front facia striped at the same time.


Regarding vinyl, it is a decent/low-cost option. Mine were applied in 2005 and are still in good shape, except for a couple of stains where oil/grease got on them and where they are scratched from a piece of metal flying and hitting it
But the car mostly stays in the garage and does not sit in the heat all day.

Painting them on is expensive when done right. If you happen to have some body work that needs to be done via an accident, that's a great time to get them painted.
