OP, don't get to hang up on this one until you scrutinize and test drive it.
The water leak TSB is a concern indeed...

The heat shield rattle is very common but I've never had it so I can't say how easy the fix is. As far as the water leak, if he won't let you run a garden hose on the front windshield/passenger door area for a few minutes, then let you remove the access panel in the passenger kick panel to feel above the SJB and down at the carpet for evidence of moisture, walk away; it's one nitemare you don't want to deal with.

Pascal, you mind reader, you...

Price seems in line with most '05 with average mileage. Although the '05s seem to have the most teething problems of 2005-2009 cars(I owned a '05 and now have a '06). The gas tank filling issues, bad throttle body, eating batteries, dash rattles, passenger door weather strip leaks and I'm sure there's more, but these were the issues I had with my '05. My '06 has only had bad axle bearings & faulty fuel pump(both covered under warranty). I'd say buy a newer model for that price

With the mileage listed, the price seems very reasonable!
