Default anyone have either tuner?

the sct livewire

or the sct tsx

as I go FI I would like to be able to know what's going on with my engine, but hate gauges and gauge pods and was hoping this/these may be my answer...opinions? Accuracy?

I've used the livewire before and loved it. But I ended up getting rid of it as having it mounted sorta just looked like a big GPS unit stuck up there, I wanted a factory clean appearance.

how did you feel the accuracy was...They just plug into the obdII port, correct? I wouldn't leave it mounted all the time, but would like to be able to have the info readily available...

You will still have to add the supporting sensors like boost, A/F etc. for it to give you that info. Not all of the displays have sensors already in place on your car.

This looks like it has everything I'd need, and I'm assuming the info. comes electronically from obdII port rather than the traditional method of incorporating sensors and guages...Off to research it now...

so I don't get it...With either of these are the signals/readings/data collected such as A/F ratio, rpms, timing, boost, ect sent to the sct thru the obdII port, or do I still have to tap into the fuel rail, vac hoses, ect (or however gauges are hooked up? This seems much more difficult than it really is I hope! I just want to plug into the obdII and read my A/F ratio...

third time typing this, sweet...fkin 404...anywho, this is too good to be true...here's what you can do with it, UNLESS YOU HOOK UP CABLES, ECT like normal gauges, FTL...

• Intake Air Temperature
• Desired Idle RPM
• Engine Coolant Temperature
• IAC - Idle Air Conrol DC
• Throttle Position Counts
• Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 1
• Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 2
• Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1
• Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 2
