Yeah I was wondering this as well. Even if the Highlander is a hybrid it still wouldn't save that much gas money. Most studies find that hybrids end up costing the owner more to own than a comparable gas guzzler even with gas savings included.

Although it all really only matters that you enjoy your new vehicle. But to me, it seems like both an 08GT and 07 Denali is a lot to trade off for a highlander. Any reason you didn't think about getting an 08 or 09 used highlander and just trading the Denali away? better mileage probably but also wouldn't have cost you the stang
