I'd say water in the SJB. See the link for the related TSB.

Of course Ford can't fix it if it is intermittent....just hose down the passenger side front window and get lots of water flowing around there and down the side.

All the problems listed are symptomatic of the SJB, too, which reinforces the likely cause of the problem.
