Ok my dad is an electrician and we put a tester on the input and outputon the ballast and lights and the meter didn't show anything... But I'll try the test light and take it to discount auto too I probably need a new altimator or battery knowing my luck

Do you still have the OE MotorCrap battery? FWIW, I'd be more than surprised if you did with that Florida heat. Typically, many of the OE batteries aren't worth a darn.

I went and got my battery checked it was 450 cc amps instead of 590 so I'm guessing I lost a cell so there went a 100bucks down the drain for new one of those now I have to wait to get 4.10s

While you had the battery disconnected, did you use a test light to check for a drain? I, persoanlly would feel better knowing there is nothing going to hurt the new battery. You can also use an ammeter and check. Your dad should have that. The test light is much quicker and easier.
