and no part # (like somebody stated above, its on the inside of it) or run to the parts department at the dealership, have them look it up and give you the part number and a cost estimate..

per a TSB about the solenoid - the complete latch # is 6R3Z-6343200-B Lock Assembly (2006-2007 Mustang) which I confirmed with the workshop manuals..

I'd goop it back together.. good luck

By the way, I'm kinda jealous of your sweet ride, for being in high school! I had an Escort ZX2. She was much loved, but definitely NOT a 'stang!
