Ok installed my used 6 guage cluster. Is it necessary to have the built information of the car? I just don't want to get over charged by dealer ship if it's not necessary.

For a 2007 .. if donor car has exact same options as your car (anti-lock brakes, side airbags, etc) .. then no dealer visit needed.

So thats what they mean by built info. So if I have no warning chimes or bells or lights on then the donor car was exactly like mines then?

As long as ABS and Airbag lights are functioning normally .. you are good ..

Too many as-built data files to choose from to expect just a year model match
to be good enough. You need the as built data installed for your specific vehicle,
not just the model year goupe thats 'just like it'. There is more to it than just that.
