Default gauge install help...

so I installed my boost gauge and started the car...gauge doesn't move. I checked the t connection and the connection in the back it seems good. I mean it has to be a connection right? the only thing I can think of is I had alot of tubing left over mean a lot and I left it. I zip tired the t on all three places and use Teflon tap for the connection in the back. What gives please help.

Trace the tubing, you may have pinched it or kinked it somewhere. If you have a lot of tubing, why not cut some of the extra off? Where did you put all of the extra?

I ABSOLUTELY SUCK when it comes to wiring.
And I HATE doing it.
I am farsighted so I can't see far away but when I have my contacts
or glasses on I actually cant see as well up close.

But if I take them off after I look at the wires everything else is all blurry
so i can't see the tools to get hahaha.

How much would it cost to have gauges installed for you?

Glad you got it figured out Matt.

I don't know how much to tell you on the installation Blacksmoke, you'll have to go to a performance shop and ask. I installed my gauges myself, it wasn't really that difficult (other than pulling the fender liner back so I could fish lines through to the engine bay). I have similar issues to you with the sight, except I corrected it with mono-vision. My right eye is my distance eye and my left eye is my reading/close up eye. There are still times though where it can be tough - working in close quarters and the left eye is blocked I can't see the close up stuff with my right eye!

It would have cost me a total of 190 at brenspeed. 60 of that is for the gauge itself so over a hundred to have installed.
