sound like u need new gasket had the same issue on my eclipse.

No more leaks!
Lesson learned - dont reuse stock hardware, replace your gaskets/hardware the first time when you install new headers. The split-lock fasteners went in with no problems. A few of the set screws were a challenge to tighten. I had to modify a spare allen wrench to make it shorter. I also coated the bolts with antisieze before they went in.
The last pic is with 3 coats of copper spray.
