I bought my mustang from my local dealership, which happens to be Maroone ford, part of the biggest auto chain in the country (Auto Nation). I have been pleasantly surprised with how good their service dept is. I have them do my oil changes every 5 to 6 months (3 and 1/2 years old, only 17,500 miles). They always complete it within an hour. On my last oil change before my 36 months they did a safety check and found one weak cell in my battery and replaced in under warranty. Then on the next visit out of warranty they replaced a corroded battery cable for free as well. I never would have thought that. I will keep going to them for service. They treat me too good to go elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about the King's Ford service department in Cincinnati! They are trustworthy and know me by name. I can call up for advice when working on my car myself and I always get a good deal on parts. They even know my mom now from her going in to get parts for her daily driver and help her on prices just because she is my mom ;-) ANY time I need advice, parts, or service I can count on Jason in service or Rocky in the parts department to have my back!
