Default stock shift **** adapter??

Hey Guys... I found a pretty nice shift **** that I was wanting to get, but it's only available 12mm x 1.75. Our stock shifters are 12mm x 1.25, which is a fine thread. is there an adapter or replacement little shift arm that we can get for our stock shifters to use an aftermarket **** like this??

I don't know if there is one available for purchase, but this is the sort of thing a local machine shop could crank out in half an hour...

There isn't really a practical way to do this on the stock shifter.
You could re-cut the pitch of the shaft, but you're just as likely to make
an awful mess out of things (where neither the new **** or the original
one will stay tight, or will strip the threads) as get what you want.

The aftermarket short shifters usually give you the choice of which pitch
shaft you want (or even both).

It looks like the stock arm on the stock shifter can be adjusted/removed. I didn't deep-dive into it, but it looked at a glance that it was. I thought maybe there was a a replacement arm that could slide in the stock shifter...

I think I may have found it!
