Dash Pad removal

Dash Pad removal
Every since I had my windsheild replaced, I have had a rattle where the dash meets the defroster and windsheild on the passenger side. I don't know if they dropped something in there or just knocked something loose. How do you remove the dash pad to get in there and check it out?
