rims and tires are a good upgrade to go with FI.
you'll need more rubber to get good traction.

Suspension and tires! They will make the car more enjoyable to drive now (more traction!) and they will become an absolute necessity with the torque that the whipple will make.

I'd start off with CAI and gears just as you would if staying NA.

And YES save some cash for gauges.
I saw this mentioned and cannot stress the importance of gauges on an aftermarket
supercharger setup. DON'T go without a wideband AF gauge or fuel and oil pressure gauges.
Gauges are pricey yes but you NEED them. They can save your ***... and your engine lol!
