Well they gave me $400 for my mods. The reasoning was that they were all bought about 2 years ago and that I got plenty of use out of them. Its better than nothing. Ended up getting $18,817.95, which I think is fair, not awesome but they aren't trying to bend me over either. We all think our cars are worth more than they really are anyway right?
Pick up my Acura MDX tomorrow, gotta do whats best for my (hopefully) growing family and it is actually a very nice luxury SUV.

OP, sorry to read about this accident happening to you and I hope by now your back and neck pain is much better. Good luck with the new car, sounds like the best option for you, your wife, and your future children. I think you made a very wise decision.
As far as the others in this thread calling the gal that caused the accident a _____, saying that she shouldn't of reproduced, etc, wow is all I can say. Sure, she made a very bad driving decision, however thank God no one was killed and the young children in her van were ok.
Please everyone drive safe and take racing to the track, not the street!
