Well the adjuster came out to look at it this morning. USAA should get the report and call me Tuesday. Can't really find an F150 that I like so I am looking at a silver 2009 Roush Stage 1 up in Alabama.

Still no word. Talked to USAA yesterday and they said if it is taking this long the final adjuster is probably figuring out how much to pay me for my car. Feels like it is taking forever...

Tell him we all recommend paying you 100k.
Or he will have a Persian army's worth of mustangs that not even 300 Spartans can hold back

These things can last a month or more. I've been involved in three wrecks (2 with this mustang and 1 with my old ranger) and the two that had substantial damage over a couple grand took 1-2 weeks just to get a hold of the party at fault and their insurance's adjuster out to me. Then another 2-3 weeks for repairs.

Hold tight man, these things are never fun.

It makes me irate how inattentive people are behind the wheel these days! People need to take COMMAND of their car and pay attention to their surroundings and quit causing trouble for all of us who actually DO give a damn about driving!! I can't even imagine how many wrecks I would have been in around Cincinnati if not for recognizing the stupid $hit that people are about to do!

Sorry for your pain and the damage to your car!!!!
