Ok guys, just got back from the shop.
Looks like the entire top will have to be replaced, he said he could try to re-seal it but doesnt reccomend it because it will do the same thing.
Since its already cold up here, snow lurking around every corner, I'm just going to store the car and deal with it in the spring. It can sit for 5 months and think it over.
Natasha, thank you so much for the effort, but it looks like we'll have to postpone our conversation till the weather gets a little nicer here.
Come spring time I'll update this thread with the top replacement process.
