Dude you've sunk a fortune into that powertrain over the last year or so. Yes I'm jealous. Congrats on the nice numbers!

I will start off by saying you can't go wrong with the VMP TVS. I've gone back and fourth on what I wanted to buy. 2.9, 3.4, 4.0, KB LC, the list is on and on.

After comparing numbers of other, the TVS's BANG FOR BUCK value was where it was at. It gives you all the power and max's out our stock bottom end.

Compare the TQ level of someone with a 2.9 vs a TVS with just a bolted on blower. TVS is going to come out on top in 95% of the occasions.

As of right now I am running only injectors. However, I have maxed my pumps and need to get a DBAP. But, Justin said that this is the first time he's seen the pumps run out that fast.

For the price Justin offer's his TVS at, it's bolted on in about an hour you have maxed your bottom end. It's a no brainer to me!!!

Hope you are able to get one sometime, it's a bad *** blower and Justin's knowledge and tuning can't be beat!

I'm sure thinking about pulling the trigger sometime soon... Justin is a little far from me though. I'll probably have someone locally tune it. Thanks for the info!

I'm located in Austin Tx... With my set-up I'm probably around 540 to the wheels now... I still need to get a good heat exchanger before I get into that. It's getting colder and traction is already an issue... I think might look at this around march or so. It's gonna be hard holding off until then though....

My bad, I should have known because the heads are wide and so are the valve covers to support the DOHCs.

I cannot remember which source said it, but they claimed that Ford will use the 2300CC (2.3L) Eaton lobes for the GT500 5.4L to compete with the Camaro ZL1. Estimates of these very same rotors that you have will push the factory production 5.4L to either just under or even over 600 BHP crank.

If you are getting approaching 700 AT THE WHEELS, you are already exceeding well above 700 BHP the crank!
A testament of just how much potential the Eaton rotor design is capable of.

Well given SAE correction for a standard is 15% you can add 100hp/tq to those numbers as well.

And yes, 2013 the gt500 will have a FRPP TVS and a 5.8l not a 5.4l.

However, the FRPP TVS isn't comparable to the VMP TVS. VMP TVS is ported, elbow port matched and milled snout to allow a smaller pulley.
