Looks really good! You should get a white/black combo going on with the car.

Its funny to here how some say 250 is way to much... That is a killer deal where I live, I think I paid 280 for rear and quaters and another 140 for the doors. Sad how much of a price difference there is everywhere.

Thanks guys! I went with 20% on the rear window and the quarter. Then with the legal 35% on the driver/passenger windows.

If you can't find a guy who warranties for a lifetime then I suggest you run in the other direction because I have gotten even super shady tinters (ghetto corner shops) that offer a lifetime warranty. Just make sure they use 3M, llumar, or some other well known brand.

@antonio, actually I am planning just that. Great minds think alike I guess haha. I am thinking about getting some dark wheels and maybe a black out panel.

Looks great, Aaquib!
Don't know if it's been said or not, but don't use ammonia on them. It will turn the tint purple.

Thanks tanner! Yeah the tint guy told me, but thanks for the reminder because I actually totally forgot lol

I'm probably just going to use water and a rag... Do you use anything special on yours to clean it/polish it?

Hahahaha, thanks man. Top wallet status is an honorific not easily earned by OT lol.

The guy said S197s were actually the easier cars to tint, I asked him (out of curiosity) about the classics and such and he said it depends on the model year... He said for some he would have to remove chrome trim on the glass, etc. ??

I could imagine, there is chrome trim on the windows themselves that would need to be removed. I wouldn't mind tinting mine.

I use Rain-X. Just make sure it says safe for tinted windows. It will usually say it big on the label.
