Rear end noise, problem?

Rear end noise, problem?
Hi guys,
Not sure if it's a problem or not, seems to be more obvious as it gets colder. When I back my car out of the garage in the morning I hear a clunk sound from the rear end when I stop, I then put it into drive and go on my merry way. There doesn't seem to be any other symptom other than that one clunk as I stop. I have a 2010 GT automatic, any ideas? should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance from mechanically challenged Pony owner...

Lots of them do that when cold. Craw under the car (with it not running of course) when its cold. Rotate the driveshaft back and forth, and you'll probably get it to clunk a little.
There's some intentional slack in the rear end. As the fluid warms, it's less obvious.
