if you are worried about it, take it to a shop and get the alignment checked. most alignment shops will check out your suspension, hoping to get more work, and will let you know if anything suspension related got damaged.

If you're truly concerned about things, you can do as others have suggested....take it somewhere and have it looked at to make sure there is nothing wrong with it.

That should put your mind at ease.
