Quik Latch Mini hood pins?
Anyone have experience with Quik Latch? I remember seeing them awhile ago but their price was what turned me off. The full size latches are $250-$350. I just learned that they have mini latches which are more affordable. I might have to pick up a set for peace of mind.

Think I'm gonna order me a set of these, if they fit the holes I already have.

My hood flutters when I hit over 90-95mph. I don't go that fast often though. It's just for peace of mind when I do go that fast.
You'll need to widen the mounting stud holes to fit the latch body. Here's what I mean...

The new hood latch system is definitely small.....but after my experience with the Trufiber hood on my old 2005 GT, I would really think twice about installing hood pins again.....in some way they look cool, but the cars look so much cleaner without them...just my opinion. If you really think you need them, then get them.
