Default Adding a head unit on my 2005 Mustang

Hello,

I want to replace my 2005 stock radio with a GPS, IPod, all-in-one headunit with a backup camera. I figured this is the best place to figure out what headunit and backup camera I should get. It would be awesome if I could use my android as like a remote, but that is optional. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Look into the Pioneer AVIC-X940BT. If it hasn't been released yet, it should very soon. I have the AVIC-X930BT and I love it. GPS works great, you can put a back up camera (Pioneer sells one as well), phone connects through bluetooth, and the head unit is designed to work just like an iPhone/iPod. Most features on the X930BT are only compatible with the iPhone, where as the X940BT is compatible with the iPhone and Android phones. And as far as using your Android phone as a remote, you can play your music through bluetooth connection, although I don't find it practical if your driving cuz it can be just as bad as texting and driving. Hope that helps.
